Refund Policy

All lesson payments are in advance and  non-refundable.  24 hr advanced notice must be given by the student in order to receive a credit for the agreed upon session length and time.  In the event that the instructor has to cancel the appointment, 24 hr advanced notice will be given via email, text or phone, and a credit for the lesson payment will be applied to redeem at an agreed upon time.  In the event of an emergency, makeup options will be given in advance of the following session.  Online payment forms accepted are Venmo, PayPal, CashApp, or another agreed upon platform.  In-person payments are subject to the individual studio's policies for services rendered.
